Monthly Fee 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri throughout the year £1030 per calendar month
Children over 2 years (applies the month after a child reaches the age of 2 years)
Monthly Fee 7am – 7pm Mon – Fri throughout the year £1005 per calendar month
Daily Fee (all children) 7am – 7pm 3 days per week £740 per calendar month*
2 days per week £495 per calendar month*
*Irrespective of numbers of days during the month, extra days £57 per day.

Option 1 – All-inclusive
Foundation Stage 7am-7pm (Term fees, School Holiday Scheme, Before – & After-School Care) £1030 per calendar month
Key Stage 1 and 2 7am-7pm (Term fees, School Holiday Scheme, Before – & After-School Care) £990 per calendar month

When a date has been set for your child to start, we shall require 3 months’ written notice of cancelling or deferring a place in order to refund the deposit.
The deposit of one complete term’s (School) or one month’s fees (Nursery) is payable when confirming a place at Longwood. Parents who apply for their children to remain at Longwood School from FA until the end of Year 6, have a separate Contract with Longwood. One term’s written notice (FT and FL) or one month’s written notice (Nursery) of a child leaving Longwood is required. The deposit will be returned on the child’s departure from Longwood if the correct notice is given.
Longwood reserves the right to exclude children whose fees are unpaid.
A charge of £5 is payable if a cheque is returned unpaid.
Parents who fail to collect their children on time or in other ways undermine the co-operative stability, philosophy and principles of Longwood will have their children excluded without notice. Longwood School and Nursery closes at 7pm. In an emergency, a late fee of £30 is charged when a child is collected after 7pm. No staff are employed at Longwood after 7pm and the cleaners require access to the building.
There is a charge for some optional extra-curricular activities during after-school care. No fees are refunded due to absence for any reason. These can include Piano, Ballet, Computing, Football, Music and Art. There is limited availability and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a charge for the cost of most outings to cover travel and any entry costs.
